This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the websites or phone lines of the home care businesses we work with, or the advertising campaigns we run for them.

Information you give us

This website has no contact forms. The only way to send us information through this site is by booking a call using the Calendly calendar on our homepage. When you book a call, Calendly asks for details such as:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

You may also contact us directly by email or phone. If you do, we keep the information you share with us so we can reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may keep basic technical records, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These records are used to keep the site running and secure and are kept only for a short period before being deleted.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies. The Calendly calendar embedded on our homepage is provided by Calendly and may set cookies or use similar technology when it loads. Calendly's use of cookies is covered by its own privacy policy, which you can read at calendly.com/privacy.

  • Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which may record your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Lovable hosts this website. See Lovable's privacy policy.
  • HubSpot stores the contact details you share when you book, so we can follow up with you. See HubSpot's privacy policy.

6. When we share information

We share your information only:

  • With the service providers listed above, so they can provide their services to us
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • If our business is sold or merged with another company, in which case the new owner would receive this information

We keep booking details and contact records for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
